If the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Law: "An individual who expresses a desire to purchase, bought, could purchase, or use a product or service for purposes not related to economic or professional activity", concludes a distance contract, i.e. makes a purchase in the online store www.uniprinta.lv, the buyer can exercise the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying a reason within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods.
The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the goods are made according to the instructions of the consumer or if the goods are personalized.
The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the goods delivered by the courier have mechanical damage (scratches, abrasions, dents, etc.) and were not indicated at the time of receipt of the goods.
When You receive the goods, please make sure it complies with the order. If the goods have damaged packaging or seems suspicious, You have the right not to accept the goods at the time of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for the reduction in value of the goods if the goods were not used for their intended purpose.
Please note that at the time, You exercise the right of withdrawal, You have the right to use the product to the extent necessary to validate the product - just as you would do before purchasing the product in a regular store!
If the purchased goods are defective, the buyer must immediately notify SIA UNIPRINTA by telephone. +371 67817177 or contact our office in Riga, at Dzelzavas street 131A, otherwise it will be impossible to return the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the incorrect use of the goods; for the use of the product that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as card card-body as for reducing the cost, quality and safety of the product (including the absence or significant damage to the packaging).
We recommend You to keep the original packaging of the product so that when exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the distance contract, the product does not receive external mechanical damage.
www.uniprinta.lv reserves the right to charge compensation or refuse to accept damaged goods or goods that have lost their original appearance in other ways. The proof of purchase (invoice, check or receipt) must be kept in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To comply with the terms, a notice of the exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent before the its expiration date.
If You exercise the right of withdrawal, and this is not related to non-conformity of goods or non-compliance of services with the terms of the contract, You are obliged to return the goods to SIA UNIPRINTA (Address: Dzelzavas iela 131A, Riga) and cover the direct costs associated with the return of the goods (unless You have agreed otherwise with the representative of www.uniprinta.lv).
If You exercise the right of withdrawal, the online store www.uniprinta.lv is obliged to return all fees to You no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of Your notification. www.uniprinta.lv reserves the right to withhold refunds until the goods are returned and its condition is assessed. The online store www.uniprinta.lv returns money only to the bank account indicated in the right of withdrawal form.
