Consumer - An individual who expresses a desire to purchase, bought, could purchase, or use a product or service for purposes not related to economic or professional activity;
Buyer - a person who purchases goods in the Seller's online store. The Buyer may or may not be a Consumer;
Product - any product offered to the Consumer through this website;
Manufacturer - an individual who within the framework of his economic or professional activity, produces or renews goods for sale or identifies himself as a manufacturer by indicating (marking) on the goods, packaging, or in the technical documentation of the goods, name (company name), name, surname, trademark or other distinctive mark;
Legislation - Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 20 of May 20, 2014 255 "Regulations regarding distance contracts", the Law on Consumer Protection, Civil Law, Commercial Law and other related legal acts;
Warranty - a written promise from a manufacturer or seller to repair or replace a product that develops a fault within a particular period of time, or to do a piece of work again if it is not satisfactory:
Terms of use - the instructions of the manufacturer, according to which the goods retain their operational characteristics and adequate quality and do not constitute a threat to the property, health and life of the Consumer and the environment;

The price does not include the cost of shipping goods;

General Provisions - these conditions (Terms and Conditions of the website).
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms define the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.
1.2. Please read carefully these terms and conditions before using the website.
1.3 By using the website, the User agrees to comply with these Terms.
1.4. The seller can partially or completely remove, change, update information on the website without prior notice.
1.5. Images and descriptions of the products may slightly differ from the offered Product.
2. Exercise of the right of withdrawal
2.1. The consumer can exercise the right to refuse and unilaterally return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days, covering all shipping costs.
2.2. Deadline date for exercising the right of withdrawal is calculated from the date of delivery of the goods; from the delivery date of the last batch of goods if the order contains several items.
2.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal the buyer notifies the seller about refusal and goods shipment.
2.4. Notification of the right of withdrawal can be written using withdrawal form or any other type of notice (free form), in which consumer is obligated to indicate: Addressee (Seller's name, actual address, phone number, e-mail address) "I declare that I want to refuse to purchase the goods" Date of order / date of receipt Consumer's name, surname, address; signature (only if this form is sent on paper) Date
2.5. The returned goods must be delivered to the seller at the address Dzelzavas iela 131A, Rīga in their original configuration.
2.6. Using the right of withdrawal, the consumer can return the goods to the Seller without packaging if the Consumer was not able to look at the Product without opening the packaging or it was not possible to keep the packaging of the goods (for example, due to the size of the packaging).
2.7. The exercise of the right of withdrawal terminates the contract and releases the consumer from any contractual obligation arising.
2.8. The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the goods are made according to the instructions of the consumer or if the goods are personalized.
2.9. The money will be returned to the buyer by the original payment method.
3. Consumer responsibility
3.1. The consumer is responsible for the incorrect use of the goods; for the use of the product that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as card card-body as for reducing the cost, quality and safety of the product (including the absence or significant damage to the packaging).
3.2. The consumer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller no later than 14 days after sending the written refusal. The seller is obliged to return all fees to the consumer no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of notification.
3.3. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality of the product during the term of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
4. Guarantee
4.1. The consumer has the right to submit a defect report to the seller within two years from the date of purchase. The consumer submits a defect report within two months from the date of discovery. The date of purchase is the date on which the seller handed over and the consumer accepted the relevant product.
4.2. If the manufacturer or the seller gives a warranty for the goods, after the expiration of the period specified in 4.1., the consumer has the right, to submit a defect report in accordance with the conditions specified in the warranty document.
4.3. Submitting a defect report to the manufacturer or the seller, the consumer attaches a copy of the perches confirmation document.
4.4. The consumer's application will be considered within 7 days from the date of receipt, the response will be sent to the address indicated in the application. If the statement is regarded as unfounded and the consumer does not agree with this decision, the consumer has the right to exercise the rights provided for by other regulatory enactments.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the specified time: Monday - Friday from 9: 00-18:00.
If the recipient cannot be reached and is not at home, the package is returned to the base and re-sent to the specified address at a different time (additional reshipment fees may apply).
We will notify the addressee of the delivery status.

6. Payment
We accept MasterCard and VISA credit or debit card payment. We provide option to pay via Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, SEB and Swedbank Online banking. We accept Paypal payment.
7. Dispute resolution
The legal relationship arising from these Terms and Conditions is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
